You are your emergency are our priority; we service a 60 mile range to make sure we can get to you as quickly as possible.
$200 – Initial Inspection: Moisture Mapping, Photo Documentation, Demolition/Drying Plan. If no damages are detected, we will reduce our trip charge to $125 in lieu of presenting you with a demolition or drying plan and moisture map. We will still provide photo documentation of our inspection!
$450 – DIY Option: Get the guidance you don’t have, and use the skills you do. I’ll tell you how an industry professional would do your job and provide a checklist of the steps, and you can follow them. Make a bit of fun out of an annoying event, or spend some time with the family on a home project!

Scheduling: Inspections/Emergency Services are usually available within 2 hours.
Documentation: We photograph everything required for insurance claims, even if you have not yet filed your claim.
Insurance: We work directly with homeowners for affordability but can also work with insurance. The estimate for insurance clients may change based on required scope and services.
DIY Option: Optionally, receive a thorough DIY worksheet to do the work yourself, and get a post-drying inspection; $450.
Protection & Containment: We move and protect contents, set barriers and floor protection, and use HEPA filters for demolition to minimize dust and contaminants.
Drying & Demolition: We remove wet materials as needed and apply antimicrobial treatments. We monitor drying over 3-5 days and provide referrals for repairs and other services if needed.
IICRC Certified: All of our technicians are IICRC Certified, meaning they have been properly trained in the restoration industry.
