The Initial Inspection and Estimate comes at no cost to you! We aim to be on site within two hours of your call.

Full Mitigation: Selectively remove materials to enhance the drying process and provide a higher degree of assurance against microbial growth.
DIY Option: Get the guidance you don’t have, and use the skills you do. I’ll tell you how an industry professional would dry your home, provide a checklist of the steps, and you can follow them. Make a bit of fun out of an annoying event, or spend some time with the family on a home project! This package includes an extra visit upon completion for a final moisture check to ensure drying has completed or provide additional guidance.
