Mold Assessments
Standard Mold Remediation has 3 Phases:
The Mold Assessment is the initial inspection, sampling, and analysis of the location
complete in an assessment report, created by a Licensed Mold Assessment Consultant
(MAC) in the State of Texas.
The Mold Protocol is the creation of a work plan for a Licensed Mold Remediation
Contractor (MRC) to perform – AFTER – the assessment results are interpreted, created
by a Licensed Mold Consultant (MAC) in the State of Texas.
The Post-Remediation Verification is the final inspection, sampling, and analysis of the
location and remediation by a Licensed Mold Remediation Contractor (MRC) complete
in final findings report, created by a Licensed Mold Assessment Consultant (MAC) in
the State of Texas.
Emergency Services
Once the Initial Water Damage Inspection is completed, we will give you a few options:
1. If there were no observable or detectable water damages, you may not need our services.
2. Provide an estimate to perform the required Mitigation work. If acceptable, we start that work at the soonest time possible. An Initial timeline is created with expectations for finishing any required demolition or drying. A 50% Deposit is required to start any demolition or drying services.
3. Provide a DIY Worksheet detailing how you can accomplish the tasks required yourselves, and provide a post-drying inspection to confirm whether materials have dried; if necessary, I will amend the worksheet on the post-inspection visit to include any left-over tasks. Use the skills you have, let us provide the technical expertise.
